Whenever you enter some websites, you stand a risk of been victim of hacking. This is because these sites’ security can easily be bypassed by hackers and identity thieves. Therefore, whatever information you pass to this website can simply be accessed and then used against you.

Most proxy sites are free and are therefore jam-packed which makes them slow in loading web pages. These free sites can also be a tool of transferring viruses on the internet.
The software dedicated in hiding IP is another alternative in guarding your address. This software is not free but it is a better option to the free proxy server. This is because it does not affect the speed of your internet. All it does is to change your IP to another dummy one so it would not be your real address appearing on the destination server.
There are other several ways you can guard your IP address from hackers and identity thieves, but the aforementioned are just the two commonest ways of doing so.
